Refund Policy 

If you wish to return an item and request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item that you want to return. You’ll then have another 14 days to return the item once you’ve informed us that you’d like to return it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the email receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Include clear photos of the received item with any damage/defect/etc in your email so that we can look into the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), some custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Exceptions may apply, so please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Please get in touch with us via the form in the Contact tab, or emailing directly at vogueonefashion.com, and we will help come up with a solution for you as quickly as possible. For our goldwork products, there may be a delay with getting a new product to you, given the time it takes to create these pieces.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancelling Unfulfilled Orders

Cancelling an unfulfilled order of non-custom items (e.g. pre-made goldwork brooches) is always possible, please contact us at vogueonefashion@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll look into this for you.

If you wish to cancel a customised order (e.g. a custom piece of goldwork or commission) it is normally possible to do so. However, the amount of the order we can refund depends on how much of the item has been made already. Even if we haven't started stitching yet, it may well be possible we have already purchased or prepped materials. Shipping Policy

Due to fees and recent EU shipping changes, Vogue One is only able to ship to the UK. If you’d like any further information on this or have any questions, please contact us or drop an email to vogueonefashion@gmail.com.

Vogue One is currently only using Royal Mail as a postal service, but we are looking at adding other options in the future

There are 3 types of products which can be bought from Vogue One: ready made items, bespoke one off pieces/commissions and pdf downloads.

Ready Made Items

These are pieces which are made and then added to the shop all at once as part of a “drop” and are ready to be shipped within 1-2 days of ordering. The delivery time will then vary depending on which service you have selected. Currently the options and estimated delivery times are as follows:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (signed for) - aims for next working day delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - aims for delivery within 2-3 working days

Royal Mail Tracked Special Next Day Saturday - guaranteed delivery by 1pm next Saturday

You will be provided with a tracking code for you to follow your delivery. However, should you have any issues, drop us an email and we’ll look into it.

Bespoke One-off Pieces and Commissions

These are special items made to order and the time it takes to design, produce and deliver each item will differ drastically! Best thing to do is get in touch via the contact tab or email directly to vogueonefashion@gmail.com and we can discuss what you’re looking for, timeframes etc. Usually these items would be sent via Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery, but again the next day is an estimate.

PDF Downloads

These require no delivery charges and will be sent to the email you purchased them with for download.

Materials used in The Ghoulish Skull Brooch:

Melton- a thick, woven wool

Linen- a material used to back the melton and help secure the embroidery

Bright check- a very fine, angled tubular metal wire

Rough Purl- a very fine tubular metal wire

Smooth Purl- a very fine tubular metal wire that has a shine to it

Pearl Purl- a sturdy coiled metal wire that’s used for outlining embroidery

It is advised that you do not use products such as Brillo or other metal polishing products on goldwork. The bullions used are fragile and can be damaged if pressure is applied to them. It is also strongly recommended that you do not expose the goldwork to any kind of liquid, direct sunlight or handle it for long periods of time. The natural oils from skin can affect the bullions. Goldwork metal bullions will tarnish over time and appear more “dull”. It is a natural process that happens but you can delay that process by following the guidelines above.
